Ordering Terms and Conditions
Payments are due at the time of order. However, orders may be placed over the phone or email. In this event, payments are due over the phone or email at the time of order.
We have the right to refuse to place any orders.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Essentials and Things will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has reached the pre-shipment setup phase, there may be higher cancellation or change charges that apply. If an item has begun ship out, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order.
For any changes to the orders, you must call the sales department or message the website within 2 hours of placing the order with the correction. Also, any cancellations of orders should be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
There will be cancellation fees of $5 for any order less than $50.
A $10.00 cancellation fee will be applied in to cancel an order, given that they are cancelled before going out for shipment otherwise other charges may apply.
Due to the spreading of the COVID-19 and the pandemic, all sales of our disposable and handwoven face masks as well as our bayong tote bags are final. The shipping cost is not refundable.
Any problem or complaint on the order has to be registered within 15 days of receiving the product.
We will ship out all orders that are placed before 4:00 pm EST (Monday – Friday) on the same day via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. The tracking number will be provided to you right after we drop off the package at USPS or FedEx location. Usually, the products will be delivered to your home within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options with additional costs also available at check out.
Essentials and Things is currently catering to medical and dental practitioners within the Northern Virginia area. As such, for a minimum order of 5 boxes of our disposable face masks, they do their best to provide their products at the quickest possible time by personally delivering them right at the doorstep of their customers within a selected delivery radius and in a matter of hours or few days. For orders of less than 5 boxes, orders can be placed and can be picked up at the Company’s location. Otherwise, an applicable reasonable shipping fee applies. Please provide the preference to pick up at the Company’s location as a comment when you place an order so that we can arrange the products ordered accordingly and advice you of the pickup location.
Essentials and Things is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state and counties. Companies, individuals, and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with their resale certificate by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices and quantities are subject to change. Essentials and Things will make our best efforts to keep pricing and quantities to date.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or minimum quantity due to an error, Essentials and Things shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price or quantity and will help you choose a different item that is within your budget.
Only written quotes are valid, no nonverbal quotes will be accepted.
Price quotes are only good for the date they were quoted.
WE ONLY PRICE MATCH WITH COMPANIES WHO ARE GOOGLE CERTIFIED.
